Eligible Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery for:

  • Items received damaged or defective
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Items significantly not as described
  • Sealed/unopened products you changed your mind about

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened trading card products (booster packs, boxes, etc.)
  • Graded or authenticated items
  • Custom or special orders
  • Digital products
  • Items returned after the 14-day window

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs. Comics are shipped with care using appropriate protective packaging.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll review your request and provide return instructions
  3. Ship the item back in its original or equivalent packaging
  4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Return Shipping

For items that arrived damaged or incorrect, we cover return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item ships. If a pre-ordered item is cancelled by the publisher, you will automatically receive a full refund.

Subscription Cancellations

You may pause or cancel series subscriptions at any time through your account settings. Items already purchased through auto-buy follow the standard return policy above.

A Note on Condition

We're collectors too. We grade and describe items honestly, and we expect returns to come back in the same condition they were sent. If you have questions about condition before purchasing, just ask - we'd rather help you make the right call upfront.
